Our shipping is sent by the most economical way using Canada Post, unless otherwise requested. Please note that we do NOT charge a handling fee. Shipping charges are determined when an order is packaged.

If you prefer to know the shipping charges before your payment is processed and items shipped, please check the appropriate button or put your request in the comments box when completing the order. You will receive an email with the amount for the shipping charge, and we will await your confirmation before processing your payment and shipping your order.

There are no exchange or returns on pattern packs, books or instructional material.
